As with all Unterland products the bags are produced according to customer requirements to exact specifications.
Various designs such as flat bag, flap bag, overlap bag, wicketed bag; with or without bottom gusset; with or without adhesion closure ? our product range leaves almost nothing open to chance.
For the production of our bags only high quality Unterland PP and PE films are used.

The quality of the bag is influenced considerably right in the beginning by the selection of the right raw materials. We can always offer our customers the best solution out of a plethora of tried and true Unterland film qualities.
Regular quality control during film production guarantees constant first class quality of the material.
Our print shop, internal pre-press shop and partner reproduction agencies can prepare the most complicated of prints for printing within a very short time. Printing cylinders in 45 different dimensions make it possible for us to offer a wide range of repeating print patterns. Modern 10 color flexoprint machines print the required motifs onto the product in optimal quality.
